Please read through the rules and regulations.
Must be a school age student, with school ID.
Every participate must complete the Talent Show Participation Form and pay registration fee ($35).
If you are part of a group act, submit a Participation Form together. Acts with any members under 18 years old, must have a written consent from parent for each of the members.
Performance length is 3-5 minutes, or performance will be cut off.
Maximum number of performances is 2, but must not be the same type of performance or genre of music/talent category.
Stage lighting may be dimmed but will never be completely dark for safety reasons.
Acts are responsible for their own props and costumes.
If your act requires recorded accompanying music, the music must be provided to the Talent Show Committee 72 hours prior to the show, no music will be accepted the day of the show. All music must be properly labeled with full name, phone number and song name. Email files to: tandrfilm@gmail.com . No alteration will be made to music after submitted. It is the participant’s responsibility to get the accompanying music back after the show.
To have act considered for the movie, song must be original and the Performance Waiver must be signed.
In all cases, decisions of the judges are final and will not be open to discussion.
There will be prizes given 1st, 2nd, and 3rd for Performing Arts like, singing, dancing and playing an instrument Variety acts like magic, juggling, poetry or martial arts, along with other categories, such as Best Costume will also be recognized.
The maximum number of participants is 20 acts. All acts are selected two weeks prior to the show. No act will be added after that or the day of the show.
All Talent Registrations Forms must be submitted by December 31, 2025 at 11:59 pm., no late registrations will be accepted.
Family-friendly performances only, no suggestive dancing. No profanity, vulgar lyrics, suggestive language, insensitive subject matter, no nudity, gang signs or dangerous elements will be allowed. No travel into the audience, no throwing items into the audience, no inviting non-participants on stage Adherence to dress code, attire must be respectful, and age-appropriate, no taking off shirt, no revealing clothing, no logos, no advertisements for alcohol, tobacco, or drugs are allowed. No pyrotechnics, open flames, or other dangerous additions are permitted. No extra people on stage, unless are a part of the performance, no Hype people allowed on stage.
Disqualifications:
Acts can be cut from the show for reasons like lack of preparation, inappropriateness, or for failing to meet the time limit, or for breaking any of the above rules.

poise, confidence, eye contact, audience connection, energy and expression
TECHNIQUE:
pitch, intonation, rhythm, tone, articulation/diction and vocal/instrumental control
ARTISTRY:
musicality, interpretation, creativity, song choice and emotional expression

OVERALL IMPACT
If performer is under 18, the Talent show participation consent form must be signed by a guardian.
To have act considered for the movie, the Talent show performance waivers must be signed.
